Eligible Returns

Requests should  be made within 7 days of receiving the product . Products should be unused, in saleable condition and have original packaging/tags/accessories where applicable.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs/videos. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where the issue is verified.

Jewellery

Imitation jewellery returned with signs of use or damage caused after delivery may not be eligible. Manufacturing defects or incorrect items will be assessed separately.

Clothing

Sarees, kurtis and kids/women's clothing must be unused. Worn, washed, altered, stained or damaged items may not qualify.

School Items

School bags and pencil boxes should be unused and returned with original packaging where applicable.

Refunds & Exchanges

After inspection, approved refunds are processed through the appropriate payment method. Exchanges depend on replacement stock. Bank/payment-provider timelines may apply.
